Grant of Permission

I hereby grant permission to Pathos Imagery for the right to use the photographs of me, my pet(s) and/or my property in connection to the above subject.

I authorise the use of the photographs for, but not limited to, commercial use, as well as online and physical publication, provided that such use is lawful. I also acknowledge that I am not entitled to payments, royalties or compensation in relation to the aforementioned photographs.

Copyright Notice

I understand all images remain the copyright ownership of Pathos Imagery. Copyright is retained by the photographer (Paul Jaskulski) and is protected under UK and international copyright law.

Client Acknowledgment

By entering my full name as a digital signature, I confirm that I, the Client, have read, understood and agree to the terms of this Photo Release Form.
