This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made through this website.
Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.
As all photography prints sold through this website are produced to order, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue, please include:
• your order number
• a description of the problem
• photographs of the damaged product
• photographs of the packaging
Once reviewed, I will arrange either:
• a replacement print, or
• a full refund to the original payment method
Colour Variations
Small colour variations between digital displays and printed photographs are normal due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. These differences are not considered faults.
Lost Deliveries
If a parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail during transit, I will arrange either a replacement or refund once the carrier’s investigation has been completed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Photography Services
Photography services provided by Pathos Imagery (including event photography, engagement sessions and property photography) are not considered physical products and therefore are not eligible for returns once the service has been delivered.
Payments made for photography services include a non-refundable deposit used to secure the booking date and time.
Refunds for photography services are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined in the Photography Services Terms. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable if a client cancels a confirmed booking.
If a photography service cannot be delivered due to circumstances within the photographer’s control, a refund or rescheduling option will be offered at a mutually agreeable date.
