Print Release Terms & Conditions

Grant of Permission

Pathos Imagery hereby grants the named Client permission to print, reproduce and share images delivered to them by the Photographer (Paul Jaskulski).

This Print Release includes permission to:

• Print images for personal use or commercial, editorial and advertising purposes.

• Share printed images

• Print through services/parties of the client’s choosing

Restrictions

This Print Release does NOT permit:

• Selling or licensing the images

• Altering the images beyond cropping or minor personal adjustments

• Claiming authorship of the images

Copyright Notice

All images remain the copyright of Pathos Imagery. Copyright is retained by the photographer (Paul Jaskulski) and is protected under UK and international copyright law.

Liability

Pathos Imagery is not responsible for the quality of prints produced by third-party services.

Client Acknowledgment

By entering my full name as a digital signature, I confirm that I, the Client, have read, understood and agree to the terms of this Photo Release Form.
